Indian gooseberry, better known as amla, was considered as a miraculous food in the ancient Ayurveda. The abundance of vitamin C and other nutrients make it a super food and it’s still used in various forms for its well-known health benefits. Botanically known as Emblica Officinalis, amla is a very sour fruit and is found mostly in India and tropical South East Asia. It controls blood sugar in diabetes, Lowers cholesterol level, improves digestion and alleviates constipation and improves blood circulation. Amla is a natural anti ageing agent for skin; nourishes scalp and hair roots and encourages hair growth.
Each Capsule contains: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fruit extract - 250 mg
1-2 Capsules twice daily or as directed by your physician.
